JB & SON Chimney Services, LLC. has fully explained to the customer the circumstances and conditions of the fireplace, appliance, and/or venting system at this time. JB & SON Chimney Services, LLC. has performed a visual inspection and is not responsible for hidden or concealed defects. We will be providing you with the services, some of which you may require a specific license or certification to inspect and repair a chimney system. All work will be performed by a professional technician who is duly licensed or certified to perform that service. In order for us to service you effectively and efficiently, we expect that you will provide us with factual information you have which relates to the subject matter of our engagement, and that you will make any appropriate business or technical decisions. In addition, we encourage you to share with us at all times your expectations and any concerns regarding our services at any time during the course of our engagement. We believe that you should be actively involved in the strategy, management and deployment of your affairs to meet our goal, which is to have frequent communication between us. We will keep informed of developments regarding your matters and will consult with you as necessary to ensure the timely, effective and efficient completion of our work. Health and safety - JB & SON Chimney Services, LLC. shall provide and require the use of personal protective equipment for the employees working in our project site, in accordance with the requirements set forth by the OSHA or other regulatory agencies applicable to the construction industry, and the project management's printed instructions. Warranty - JB & SON Chimney Services, LLC. is bonded and insured to make customers feel comfortable when it comes to working at their homes. A certificate of insurance indicating the minimum coverage(s) with you being named as an additional insured party, and specification that thirty (30) days advanced notice cancellation can be provided to you within seven (7) days of the receipt of request. Permits - customers shall at their own expense acquire all permits, unless indicated otherwise.
